Uhhm, I mean I do sometimes... But does it actually matter? I don't use the search here often so idk if tags help. If a keyword is in the artwork title or description, is it still worth putting in the tags?

Absolutely yes, at least if someone try to search"Rain world" he's only PROBAPLY going to find this art bcs it not have "rain world" in name, only description.
Tags are very useful to someone who know how to use them

Also it helps to search kinks or black-list them
