The first victim of the month.  lechensko's Barry is put in the punishment wall at my casino after leaving a mess in the lobby with his vanilla coke addiction. He'll be forced to be here, without being able to teleport free, until his debt for the damages is taken care of. Which will involve many hours of tickling, of course.

And he can't pass out either, cuz it only counts while he's conscious! So he's gonna be there for a long while.

And  shinypika23's Chu is gonna make sure he gets it good as he's there. And there's no doubt a very long line of other individuals wanting to get at him!
