After his failed heist attempt, he found that bubbles and balloons are both really fun to be inside of, mainly because of the stretchy, trapped feeling. So he snooped through James' balloon inventory, and took a red climb-in. Once he had fully inflated it, he quickly shoved his head inside, and then one arm, then another. Then half of his body was completely inside. There was no doubt it felt great being inside. He eventually shoved both of his legs inside really quickly too, only for most of the air to quickly escape. Nothing was stopping him though. Struggling against the tight rubber felt incredibly good, especially around his feet. He loved the predicament, and he never wanted to leave the shrunken balloon. Of course, he's a toon, so he's breathing normally too X3
