Just makes me wish hasbro would do another beast wars series. I do like the others transformers series with decepticons and autobots constantly fighting one another. But i want see another beast wars series as beast wars was my personal favorite transformers series with prime and animated coming after it.

Ahhh I SOOO feel this. Like, I'm always down for an autobot/decepticon story but beast wars was just so unique? It'd be awesome to see another version esp. with david kaye as this megatron again!

I heard their doing a reboot of beast wars through the comic. Story the same i think but with few twist. Though if they did another beast wars animated series how would it differ from original seeing as every new transformers with decepticons/autobots are similar but different same time. Would it take place in earths past or another world? Who knows and hope at some point they bring back the series.

Ah interesting! I have mixed feelings about the comic but to be fair I haven't read most of it. However, I am a fan of the fact that Meg's original name was Galavar. It makes sense they'd take after the comic since there are WAYYYYY more characters in it aka toys to sell (though personally I think that's part of what takes away from the story). Still, i'd be happy if they brought some of the original writers larry ditillio and bob forward (who both did some TF Animated episodes too), that'd help!

As for your proposition of where the story would take place, hm! I think it makes sense IF it's a reboot to have it on prehistoric earth BUT still milk the fact (like in season1) that it could be an alien planet. If it's a total re-imagining, then personally I'd like to see some of the bots on Cybertron since it's a post-war Cybertron where every bot is closer to the size of humans first. Then we'd also get to see if Megs was right when he said that maximals treated preds like slaves, etc. Not to mention the 'secret police' that the predacons have.

Or myb the Vok will end up playing a larger (and clearer) role.

Yeah megatron himself took on the name from megatronus so not farfetched galavar would do the same as both took on the name that inspired them. As for the vox i definetly like to see them, some ways they almost seemed as bad if not worse than megatron with level of technology they had. I had wished they would have got more into them in cartoon but at time they werent the prioerity of series. Savage was a nice welcome to the series but had wisht he former decepticon had more air time along some other decepticons turned predacons showing up. If not mistake in original beast wars comic series few former decepticons turned predacons show up along with grimlock himself. The comics of beast wars was interesting, even if didint really read much of them. Still beast wars making a come back would be nice to see. We already see some characters from show series reppearing few times in other animated series. Black arachnia in transformers animated. Cheetor in transformers cyberverse, optimnal primal in transformers power of prime trilogy, and finally the maximals and predacons in transformers war for cybertron series. Showing that they have not been forgotten.
