My very first and quite short composition that I actually composed by using the guitar itself. It was 1 year ago in December 2009.
It's initially title was "A sunny day" and it had some poor lyrics (something about riding-a-bike-in-the-clouds-feeling^^) but I substituted it with some similar lead guitar based on the vocla melody.
I hope ya like it. Peace!

I know, it's a bit prematurely, but I thought as vocals in slow ballad are sometimes a bit off intentionally I could do this for the lead guitar too. But you're riight, I should have put more effort in the lead guitar rather than doing some half improvised ... derp, whateva.^^
And I guess with "jazzy sounding" you refer to the maj7 chords, cuz other than that I can hardly find much jazzy impressions in this song.
Last but not least: Thanks a lot! :3

I never said to put more emphasis on the lead guitar, and I didn't say not to improvise :P I think vocalists can pull that off better than a guitar can because they contrast more with the backing instruments; since you have two guitars that effect kinda interferes with the rhythm.
You had major seventh chords and some dominant seventh chords :P
