Another bored-in-class doodle. Sorry it kinda sucks. I was thinking of movies like Full Metal Jacket and Apocolypse Now, and invented this hard-charging, crazy colonel. I got the name from an actual officer who was in Iraq named Colonel Steele, a pretty badass officer. Originally in blue pen, its inked to show up better.
