Ritz D Wolf does love rewarding his employees at The Inkwell Bar.
One of the fascinating things about Ink is how it tends to allow critters to generally work a lot longer with a whole lot less sleep.
Ritz keeps a few toons around for front of the house and back of the house operations. And he doesn't need certain staff to get old neither.
Like this they can stay put. Job security! What a real nice boss.
Rosario (despite Ritz's nickname) may protest as he's submerged in the Ink, but at least it's a quality dunk.
No partial tooning here, no sir. Ritz's insistent in making sure his top employee of the month gets top to bottom dunking.
