Holy crap, this guy was fun to make. Pretty dang easy, too.
The "hardest" part was making his necktie, but even that wasn't difficult in the least.

At first I couldn't decide if I wanted to give him normal arms, or to go all out on the tentacles. Obviously, I went with the latter.

Heee, I'm pretty proud of this guy. Though, I did goof up somehow on his legs, and thus is right leg is longer than the left, but whatevs.

He has to use his tentacles to help him stand up.
