When I had been drawing Velma, for the previous pic I realized, when looking at her official art that she has a sort of cat like smile, which reminds me a little of Ingo's smile from the manga, while they are not the same, I thought it would be amusing to draw them together. So this pic was born! (Also Ingo unique smile was realllly hard to draw, I had to redraw it so many times >.<)
