Pinhead walked into his room, stripped himself of all his garments except for his underwear, and rolled onto his bed.
“Oh, my… I shouldn’t have eaten so much during the luncheon, and now I feel absolutely bloated.” The lead cenobite rubbed his distended belly, occasionally letting out some belches and hiccups.
“At least you enjoyed the meal, didn’t you, dear?” Pinhead’s baby squirmed around making him chuckle softly. He was barely nine months pregnant, and yet he knew that at any moment his baby would arrive. Pinhead continued to rub his belly until he grew tired and let out a yawn.
“Sweet dreams, little one. I can not wait to see you soon.” The Hell Priest closed his eyes and fell fast asleep.

oh how ive yearned to draw pinhead mpreg, but then i realize how time consuming he is to draw because of the nails in his head. i also had a bit of a struggle with where to put the nipple because the flesh hanging off on his chest was in the way.
he’s not having twins, he’s just gaining weight during his pregnancy.
also i want to keep this spoiler free but i added a scar on his neck that’s based on a scene from one of the hellraiser movies
