Natalia was enjoying her late night snack. She had a mission, but it could be delayed for a time while she slurped on some noodles. However, it all stopped when she noticed the subject of her tasking walk right on by. The tiger had been known to be a murderous killer and an enemy of the state. He needed to be put down. She hadn't expected to run into him so casually strolling the streets. She debated fiercely if she should finish her meal or drop what she was doing and tail him to a dead-end alley and put a swift finish to his miserable life.

Jesus- these illustrations have so much to it. I mean- mainly, the tiny cat wandering in the rain caught my attention, but there's small signs that are not obscured by blurs or fake writing, casual conversations happening, the Red-Panda chef carefully washing their equipment in the meantime, and a soon-to-be assassination about to happen to that Tiger (with a nice coat too, mind you)
But, best of all: The Rain Droplets. My god- look at the impacts. It's like you can HEAR this piece if you imagine it well enough. Beautiful.
