The first of a couple of commissions I got from Shea based on her character http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4892444i . Since Li'l Willy was a comedy where he was living in the basement of a house of ill repute, I figured it was only a matter of time before he'd have to get a female disguise to fool the owner Howl Carbone.
Here the Kuties prepare him for his female debut.
I believe the plot was that Willy had been seen by the owner but a quick thinking girl convinces Howl that it was a new girl who is just a bit of a tomboy in her off hours. Howl of course wants to see her dressed up.
