Fiona is the youngest daughter of oceanologist prof. O'Connor, she has eldest sister and two brothers. Confident, merry, playful, flirty and charismatic young lady with strong singing voice, freckles and flaming red hair - all this is about Fiona. She enjoys good company, likes to flirt with guys and has always dreamed to become a rock star. Fiona has always been rather bold girl as well - despite loving colourful bikinis, she didn't like tanlines and enjoyed sunbathing in the nude, though she had to be very careful with it due to sensitive skin.

When Fiona was transformed into mermaid but underwater princesses Agatha and Aquamarissa ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/25583675/ ) she adapted to this new life very quickly. Fiona O'Connor loved being a mermaid and didn't even want to become human again. Her father tried to persuade her to help him study merfolk, but Fiona has never been interested in science. It wasn't a big problem though since her dad soon began to work with her nerdy friend Marina Lisichkina (another transformed girl). Fiona's mother though didn't leave daughter alone and kept on asking when will she see grandchildren. Even though Fiona likes to go on dates with mermen, she hasn't established any serious relationship yet.

Fiona had no problems with being nude, yet she greeted arrival of Bikini Era, since she always had soft spot for fancy clothes. Meanwhile Bikini Era caused truly revolutionary changes in merfolk society. At first bras were seen as just beautiful accessory which also makes swimming more comfortable. But when most mermaids began wearing bras on their breasts, deeper changes began to take place. Entire philosophy "Way of The Bra" (thanks ro  lubronyr for the term) appeared - its followers claimed that bras are more than just clothes, it creates new mentality and stae of mind and new step in the evolution of merfolk civiliation, both material and spiritual. Way if The Bra included new idea of decency as well, according to it breasts shouldn't be exposed in public, but should be covered with beautiful bra. Many mermaids supported this new philosophy, including princess Agatha herself. The all praised Catherine Brown (who introduced bras to mermaids) as a spiritual leader and her title "Breasthider" sounded almost as something sacred to them. Catherine was very confused by the fact that some mermaids saw her almost as some prophetess though she liked their philosophy. Of course, Way of The Bra was hated by members of Unchained Breasts - movement of topless mermaids whos leader was Agatha's sister - princess Aquamarissa.

Fiona didn't care much about all this stuff. However it could change I the nearest future. One day princess Aquamarissa made her very tempting offer - Fiona could become vocalist and frontwoman of rock band "Bare Breasted Mermaids" which was supposed to popularize toplessness among both mermaids and humans...
