Soft Paint Pic for 10-4-22.
The first in a series of 3 color and style studies for Halloween! There will be 6 images in total, 3 SFW, and 3 NSFW variants.
For each of these I referenced a specific color palette while experimenting with some new techniques and structures. Here I focused on blue/night hues while carrying over the simplified anatomy from the retropaint series. I also tried a new eye and mouth shape here, and I am quite happy with the result. This is the first proper color pic of my sona in forever, and I think I'd like to carry over some of the more fantasy-inspired elements of it for his permanent design.
Lastly, a SFW pic!? Yes, I'll be mixing in more SFW stuff, but it'll be an addition to my output, not taking away from the time I spend on my NSFW pics, so don't worry, there'll still be plenty of fun pics to come.
