Well, since 
S00t did Huntress last time, I decided to go with her friend and co-conspirator Deedee this time. Deedee's a hacker who went with a 'mouse' transformation once the technology became available, partly because the 'computer mouse' jokes wrote themselves, and partly because looking cute was a great way to distract people while she hacked into their systems. (She has an interface plug in her tail so she can actually hold her hands up visibly while still connected.) She's good with the more social engineering aspects of hacking as well as the more electronic aspects, and has connections and money she doesn't make obvious, including owning several apartments in town which she rents as boltholes for people... and she even lives in one herself, though under a different name so it's not obvious she's actually paying rent to herself.
Definitely a more 'on the job' look here than in most of the previous images of her.

Sorry, being Canadian means I tend to flip back and forth between American and British slang terms, I don't remember which that is, and you're neither anyway. But yes a 'clothes horse' is basically someone with a large and varied wardrobe who likes showing it off.
In any case, the specific outfit was all Soot's idea, but I'm certainly not complaining about it.

I'll admit that the 'paying rent to herself under another name' was an idea I'd read in another story which (entirely as a background part of one of the characters) involved a cat burglar using that as one of the many methods of laundering money. But it just seemed such a cyberpunk thing to do anyway.
And yes, she is cute. That's deliberate, of course, as it makes it easier to pull off more social engineering style scams and get away with things if she can pretend she's not involved. Though it does work against her at times, as Huntress pointed out once in the story:
Deedee glared at Huntress. "I can protect myself. I'm more dangerous than I look."
"Yes, you are. I know that personally. But that's also part of the problem. you don't look dangerous enough, and fending off everybody tho thought they saw an easy target would waste your time. Me, when I get seen at all, I look dangerous."
