Grimlock Dragon Armor (Back) by Bearsafterbunnies
“When skill, weapons and grenades aren’t enough, when things really go sideways, or when you need to operate in an especially hostile environment, that’s when you turn to the really heavy artillery, Power Armor.
‘Dragon’ Power Armor, my own design, it is heavily armored, bearing laser reflective plating and an integrated magnetic defense field. Greatly augmented strength and speed, energized claws and gauntlet-integrated electron and positron caster systems capable of generating lightning bolts, or positron blasts, for long range combat, as well as enhancing melee attacks.
Fully environmental, able to operate planet side or in space, with full function flight systems capable of atmospheric or space flight, at sub-light speeds. Can function underwater as well, but flight systems are significantly slower in a liquid environment.
What’s more, my cybernetic systems can interface directly with the armor, allowing it to function like an extension of my body. Does that give me an unfair advantage? Damn right it does.”

Iconic bounty hunters are often known for their equally iconic armor, so in the game that Grimlock was from, when a bounty hunter reached a certain rank/level they gained the ability to create a custom suit of armor for themselves. While his flak jacket look is pretty iconic for him as is, when it came to full armor, he went all out with this flying tank of a suit of power armor, and while it was a pretty late game achievement it served him very effectively in a few very big battles, it only made sense that he’d hang onto it as he continued his bounty hunting career after the game came to a close.
Beautifully designed by BAB, as per my specifications, it not only looks powerful, but almost sinister, with a lovely bladed sleekness to it, particularly in the wings. Back when the game was being played, my visions of this armor were heavily influenced by robots known as ‘Soaron Sky Sentries’ from cartoons related to a show called ‘Captain Power’,… and anyone who knows what I’m talking about is showing their age,.. but I must say that BAB’s depiction definitely shows that influence, though much more badass. ;)
Beautifully done, BAB, thank you so much. :)
What do you think? :D

When you think Grimlock was dangerous with his weapons, I would like to really believe with this dragon armour, he's an absolute menace . But it's as you said, when guns and grenades aren't enough, gotta bring out "ol' Reliable"
Really though, those wings look really sharp. Hate to be the one in the way of them ;)

Not as strong as you might think, he's not a criminal or an agent of chaos, he's a bounty hunter, he's there to do a job, and while he may not care much about collateral damage along the way, it is a legitimate job. Most of the bounties that Hunters go after are posted on criminals and similar, so bounty hunting is kind of a type of law enforcement, just outside the normal rules of such, a bounty hunter uses whatever means necessary to get their targets, while others might be more restricted. That's not to say all bounties are good things, but still.
