I've also started to go bald... and I'm 30 years old and only at 23-24 was I able to leave my hair long. I have to put up with people, relatives more than anything, telling me to cut my hair because "I look ridiculous having it long with a bald head".

Good on you! I've had coworkers ask me when I was going to cut my long hair off and I answered "I'm not going to." I'm 45 now and I've never had long hair. Now, while I still have enough hair, I'm growing it long.

What is your opinion about all that hair transplant thing? Have you informed yourself about that? They take hair from the back of the head and place it in the affected area, and I think they tell you a diet and vitamins that you have to take to stop or slow down the hair loss.
By the way, I hope I don't bother you with this topic.

I have thought about it, but my insurance won't cover it. And going abroad just to get a hair transplant is a bit much. Especially since male pattern baldness runs in the family.
