Primary funtion: Pychokinnises and mind reading abilitys.

So, yeah, he reads and moves things with his mind, but he does have a glitch :0 Due to a malfuntion in one of Jumba's machines while he was being created, he didn't come with hearing capabilities, so the only way he can understand someone is if they're thinking. The purple stripe on his head goes down his back and stops half-way down his backwhere his spines begin, and continue down the point below the spine's base. I'll probably upload a reference sheet of him. :3

Yes, I know he looks kinda like 625, but purple and orange go well together to me. XD
