OK so today was redesign the inside of the magazine day (see my last two journals for BAAAWfest).

It's a much simpler design, but I also think it's much closer to what's popular nowadays so far as design goes (so far as I can tell). That's good, at least. No more flipbook, but it can't be helped. Emailed the printer's "photoshop expert" and he said multichannel format is as good as any spot color format, so this time I won't have to trash everything and start over.

took the seed from the bird's feet (since the theme is suddenly no longer birds dropping seeds that grow) and tweaked the cover a bit, too.

The theme now is just birds.
opening divider=boids meeting
in-text divider= a boid bringing back food/nest materials
end divider= fledging!
