Xanis... wherever this name is said, it makes people react.

She's the first child of Achii, the fleet general. Despite she was pretty young, she still shown herself extremely strong and dedicated.
When she was 4 years old, she created the Omega Squad. An Elite fleet requiring a very harsh training, so strong no one dared to challenge them in any way.

It may be hard to believe when we see her nowadays. She has always been cold and silent, she's a woman of a few words, and yet, she was pretty friendly.
When her little brother, Réni, was born, she took him under her wing and raised him. She taught him everything she knew... even today, Réni shares some gimmics with her.

However, years later while she raised her own family, a little operation with Achii went FUBAR.
"That'll be easy", he said. "That'll teach the Youngs what it is to Scout", he said.
This mission could have gone very well... but they didn't expect a dragon to attack them.

Unprepared, lost in the chaos and because of late decisions, Xanis's daughter got burnt to death.

Xanis wasn't part of this operation, but as soon as she knew about her daughter's death, she went crazy and mad and took her own father as responsible.
But the straw that broke the Camel's back is when Achii, although he almost died as well, ordered to begin researches about dragon.

Mineidii, the Transport Fleet leader, and Xanis rebelled, and left Achii alone, bringing their entire fleet with them.
Achii was left without military fleet and transport ships.


Mineidii had very specific plans. She wanted to settle on a planet to build a gigantic city; a new capital; to exchange cultures with new people.
Xanis, however, couldn't bear this idea. She didn't tolerate sharing what they took years to discover to perfect strangers, and decided to leave as well.

This is how the Omega Squad, AKA the Frozen Manticores, as well as the entire military fleet born anew as the Blood Manticores.
Highly active in the Ceta sector, those space pirates have a very dire fame.
Pillage, hostage taking, heists, theft, assassinations, illegal trading, spying and drug selling (notably dragon blood), Xanis herself easily became one of the most wanted persons in the Ceta sector, her bounty being worth several billions.

... but the most terrifying part is that they keep growing. They keep getting new members.
Maybe her feats actually make others willing to join her...


Xanis got hurt several times in her life. Some of them are during harsh training sessions with her friends.
The most notable injury she has is a severe blade mark on her left eye, because of an accident. Although she survived, the blade damaged her brain, causing it to malfunction.

Friendly with her own kind, very unfriendly if no aggressive against others.
Very self-confident, she trusts her skills
She is very hard to scare.

Likes:
Good and fair fights. She loves challenges.
She likes to draw attention to her. Not by words, but by actions.


Dislikes:
She hates dragons.
She hates Réni, but this might be just family competition.
She has a very low esteem for humans.
... actually she has a low esteem for anything not her kind. She refers them as "food" or "preys".
She hates being called a "pirate". She prefers being refered as a Blood Manticore.


Special traits:
She doesn't feel touch anymore because of a severe injury. As a result, not only she doesn't feel her own body, she also doesn't feel when people touch her... or harm her.
This causes her to completely ignore pain, no matter how severe the injury is.
