I just made a rough sketch based on the pic and then did opaque colors on top of that, then tried painting from there...

aahhhh!!!! we need more furry art that is based off classic art! this is an excellent sketch/exercise and even if you don't finish it i'm glad you shared.

this makes me want to paint a furry version of Olympia. . . mmmm

... I did kinda peeter out on the feet and head. Even if I get the shapes down I feel like I have no idea how to make it look "finished" and "polished" :(
Or rather, I have no idea how to /do it/ with painter...
