His wings and ears have some kind of "angelic" expression... but that's pretty cool. In MAGIC THE GATHERING the gryphons fight alongside the angels. ^^
The pose is also OK and I always like it when you see the entire character.

But... feet... isn't it funny that I talk about the feet again??? XD

Look... you've given him bird hands and the lower body of a lion... that's alright since a classic gryphon looks this way.

But you pressure yourself by trying to produce a drawing each day.
Don't!
I would suggest you draw every second or third day... this is way too much for you on my opinion.
Art shall not be produced but lived and loved.
And soon the quality will eventually suffer from that!!
