For anyone who doesn't realize the joke, the title is based off the original book that inspired the movie "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?", which was in fact called "Who Censored Roger Rabbit?" In which I believe Roger was a newspaper comic character instead of a cartoon.

The great fun of this idea is he's acting and it's not real, so he's pretending to be drunk but when you make a move he'd studder and get shy and uncomfortable. Cute.
