Halloween season is usually filled with joy and sweet things, especially for kids trying to get their treats.
On the other hand, cops like Luzy have quite the loaded work switch, mostly because of prank calls and tricks that went a bit too far...

Late in the night, the Luxray cop receives a call about a mysterious figure kidnapping passersby in a local forest area.
Probably just another of those unfunny prank call, but as an agent of the law, she had no choice but go to said location to check it out.

Arriving there she found nothing out the extraordinary as she expected...
When she was turning back to her car she heard some weird noises, followed by what sounded like a scream calling for help.

She immediately begun to run into the forest, following the voice direction.
Until she suddenly stepped on something weird and sticky, almost tripping in the process
She illuminated the ground with her lantern and sees a white, goop like substance, shaped like a bunch of strings...
And before she could react, something above the trees catches and wraps her with the same stuff that stuck in her boots. Spider webs!

Luzy immediatly realized who was her captor, but before she could protest, her mouth was gagged by tape, and soon after her whole body, packing her completely.

"Well, well~ Looks like you got tricked this Halloween my dear frenemy Luzy~
Didn't thought you would fall for this one but here we are!"
Julie the Joltik playfully teased her catch.

"You might be wondering why I brought you all the way here~ It's simple really, i didn't wanted any pesky cops ruining my tricks this Halloween, and besides~"
Julie grabs the cop hat from Luzy
"I was thinking in dressing as the Sexy Cop this year, and was missing a hat. And what better to use if not a genuine one~ Hihihi~
Well, I'll be going now. But don't worry I'll give it back tomorrow morning!
Bye pal!~"
Luzy could only struggle in her binds as Julie fled with her hat.
On the bright side, she wouldn't have to work this Halloween anymore...
