Last month, Mr. Shark embraced the Bad Guys' reformed reputation and has signed up to be a spokesperson for push-pops- it's like stealing, only he has a contract saying he can take as many as he wants. The Bad Guys had a new lease on life after their brief stint in jail- their efforts to save the city hadn't gone ignored, and when they finally returned home, the gang was shocked to learn that they had exploded on social media. The speculation about Mr. Wolf and Mr. Snake's relationship was enough to get Tarantula to slam her laptop shut- but now all of them had to decide how they were going to handle this new notoriety.
Wolf took to it easily- he had an easy charisma that made his new role as reformed criminal and loveable rogue effortless. Snake acted like he was annoyed by the whole thing, but deep down, he was ecstatic to learn he had fans. Meanwhile, Tarantula started a streaming channel, and Piranha coasted off of the gifts their new fans were sending in practically every day. That left Shark, who was left thinking about what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. He was left puttering around the loft with Snake and Tarantula when a letter was dropped by.
Shark opened the envelope, frowning. "Yo, do we know anyone from the Tasty Brands Company?"
"You should, dummy," Snake hissed. "Tasty Brands owns the Icy Cool Push Pops. Wh- why are you looking at me like that?" Snake arched a brow, as Shark's face was suddenly all aglow, his eyes wide and mouth agape.
"They want one of us to be a sponsor!" Shark shouted giddily. "I was born for this! I'll be doing costumes and commercials- and I'll bet I'll get all the push-pops I want!" Shark quickly grabbed as many of his things as he thought he would need. "Tell Wolf I borrowed the car, I've got a contract to sign!"
As soon as Shark rushed out the door, Tarantula turned to Snake. "So… how likely that he's going to take all of this way too far and we're going to fish him out of an ice cream vat?"
"Eh, I was gonna say bust him out of an industrial freezer, but odds are pretty good either way," Snake replied.
