street balance fun with Spence froggy neon colours
Here's another one of Spence and the first finished piece with him! Heh since the balance pose just really struck me I had to do an inked version and on top of it I was inspired by some other art I saw and decided to see what things looked like with a limited colour pallet, decided to use only 3 colours, 1 for lines, 1 for the character and 1 for the background ( as well as some shadow colours ) and so far things look to have come out looking pretty dang neat!
Also won't deny it this time but yes the colour choices were inspired from the Cyberpunk Edgerunners title sequence, only changed around a little bit. Also decided to take the opportunity to try out come background elements too and well i guess the street motif fits with Spence being a first responder in a major city and the whole being agile and all that kind of gives off the breakdance kinda vibe
Whew overall I'm VERY happy I put in the extra work on this one! ( and yes the LEWD version exists too I'll post it to scraps later on ) but overall I'm enjoying the limited colours so it may crop up again in a few other drawings.

Yooooo, this looks incredible! I love the perspective with the background, there, the way the buildings warp and twist like a Rockoesque dreamscape.

Wow thank so much! Glad ya like it especially the background there as yeah I guess it does have that Rocko vibe ( didn't even notice at time ) but yeah glad I put in the extra tome in to get the BG and the colours done, I know I have a few more alts on the colour blocking too.

And hhhmmm asking the good questions here, I know that his Hi-vis responders coat would be yellow but I hadn't thought of his body colour pallet yet so it might be to start with, or we might just brainstorm this later ~.=.^
