This commissioned Ref Sheet was a present from my lovely sheep 
CottonGambler, made by the extra-nice-with-lots-of-sugar-on-top @bgible, who even accepted IRL pics to make the outfits more accurate!🥰
This fursona is the only one I've ever had. I've always liked hedgehogs (and Sonic, although this fact is inconciebably unrelated) and having spiky quills all over the body sounded super cool (yes, I had my edgy phase, welp!). Originally the idea was that she shaved/trimmed the quills all over her body to avoid hurting others by accident, thus having to constanly wear bandages and such on arms and legs, but left the "hair" on the head grow to look "normal" to others.
When I started transitioning and eventually doing exactly this with my body hair (although my reasons were entirely to feel happier), I realized how much I unconsciously put onto her even before I even acknoledging myself, thus changing her more and more. No longer wearing dark clothes, or looking annoyed/bored, but instead brighter colors that reflected the joy I was experiencing through my transition, smiling more and more.
She and me have gone though a lot of changes, most of them for the best, but I love her as much as a I love myself :3

Thank you so much for your comment. I must admit that it kinda started as a sonic character in mind, but as I started to take it seriously I began giving it depth. Of course, said depth only increased when i started to take myself seriously, and actually liking what i saw in the mirror. I guess my fursona is my imaginary mirror.
Believe it or not, i was considering changing my hairstyle. All my life i though my IRL hair was plain, but turns out i'm curly! I though of reflecting said change on her too, though i dunno how to introduce it yet ^^U
