This is the rabbit boy Poppy Bellflower who happens to be the big brother of Periwinkle Bellflower and the eldest child of the Bellflower Siblings.
However he is in a huge misfortune, he's tied up, tortured and helpless by strange gangsters. Poppy sometimes gets into misfortunes like his younger brother, Dandelion, but either escapes or gets rescued at the end.
In this picture, Poppy is currently outraged, annoyed and unamused by his captors due to them being a horde of drunken lunatics and drug dealers.
