So this isn't very well known, but my scales have a bit of bioluminescence to them! It's only really visible in extremely dark locations, like the ocean floor or inside caves. There are some other interesting properties to it as well, but more about that in a later pic I think~ Perhaps with time and practice, I could grow better control over the glowing to make it brighter? Who knows!
