Susan Mill is a successful dragoness who runs Mill's Cookie Factory. Pumping out cookies left and right. However there is one thing that makes her a not so nice dragoness. It's the fact that she is very jealous of Flower. Why? Because Dragons love Flower's cookies more then her cookies. She cannot see that Dragons prefer homemade warm cookies made with love over those made from a factory. Susan always bothers Flower then she has the chance too always trying to find a way to shut down the cookie shop Flower owns. She would also make fun of Flower's weight behind her back. Very few Dragons know how Susan truly acts.
