Judgement, punishment, imprisonment, hopelessness, victimization and terror are all associated with the Eight of Swords. I thought it was fitting for a prison guard.

He's a sergeant of the Special Operations and Tactics Unit, which combines the petty sadism of normal guards with heavy equipment, aggressive training, and the gang mentality that comes with membership in an "elite" unit. Stomping around in riot armor, he and his men are a relentlessly oppressive force disliked even by their own colleagues; there is no situation they won't escalate to violence and nothing good will happen to you when they drag you away.

Mostly though, he behaves as if his one purpose in life is to torment and abuse a certain grey fox. Because it is. He doesn't even have a name yet!
