There's a remake of this one, so I want to post both for comparison. Basil didn't get help for his issues so he's more unstable and violent. I am well aware multiple personality disorder doesn't make someone violent, that they are as violent as any other person. So this isn't actually the MPD making him more violent, in fact I think he's actually ASPD and BPD myself, this is the untreated mental issues like PTSD and implied schizophrenia and a world of abuse all teaming up together. Basil is not a healthy boy and it all dogpiles.
