Syd Mead the "Futurist" artist proposed that in the future there might be a "New Baroque" movement where robots, (And 3-D printers.) will make all the fancy decorations to add to buildings, ships, automobiles and the like.

I know of that building, Disney animation studios is as far as I know located there (it is also the presumed location of "Uncle Walts Porn Cellar", the legendary vault of all the NSFW crap with Disney characters Disney artists and animators have drawn over the decades).
I absolutely love Sid Mead and his designs., and I think he might be onto something. I mean we se uin car design a rennesaince of clasic car shapes and even more chrome. May be we´ll see something similar in architecture.
