Anne tries the Black Magic inflation part 1

My third victim is a Disney characters from the modern shows. And it's obvious Anne Boonchuy from Amphibia. The reasons are
Three.
She's the only female human from the modern Disney Channel cartoons who also walks almost barefooted (if you know the fact that she wears a sock, her other shoe is missing for some reason)
i saw many of her cameos on Deviantart that she's showing her feet. Even in one episodes some fishes are kissing her feet........is this supposed to be a kids cartoon?
Oh and the third is she's 13 year old.
Anyway Anne found a weird spell from the three Caballeros about the Black Magic and she wants to try. The spell says that the female user has to remove her footwears to commit the spell. And the commit is just blowing her thumb.
