It's not so much that it's a bad sex-ed/porn film, it's that it's an absolutely disgusting dick-retracting depiction of the absolute horrors that will result from fornication. They have those in real life, too, but they're primarily geared toward showing personnel why A. they shouldn't sleep with local prostitutes and B. they need to wrap up if they really have to. That is Trooper Lucius Severin. His father is the platoon sergeant seen in the sub-arc about Uri's dalliance with Countess Czhokula. Lucius is at the moment the highest-ranking member of the Four Musketeers, which is why Koz rounded on Uri after Lucius made fun of him for having "an intellectual relationship" with Madam Jade; Koz couldn't attack Lucius but he could attack Uri, according to Crocutan social order.
