Yeah. Been ongoing for over a year now. They just keep switching accounts and keep repeating this exact same weird creepy claim. When not pretending this they sometimes try to smear her reputation.
Admins been trying to permanently get rid of this creep, but no luck.

You can file a ticket through the "Report a issue" link found underneath support. Which you can find at the top of the web-page (on desktop) or under the drop-down menu button in the upper-right corner (Mobile). This takes you to FA's ticketing system. There you can report users for violating the Acceptable-upload-policy and/or Code-of-conduct. The creep in question falls under Code-of-conduct issues > Harrasment.
However. FA is generally not going to act on harrasment reports from 3rd parties. Only if you are directly harrassed do they take it serious. Iskra long having adopted to just ignore them while most just insult the stalker till they delete their comments.

Well from what i've learned in life. It generally is a combination of things go terribly wrong in life leading to one to increasingly obsess about some fantasy or whatever they consider a positive thing. Which can lead to the stereotype of the Stalker Fan like this guy. Would not be surprised if they indeed where once a client long ago before they cracked. Obsessions often need to be triggered first.
Hmm who to believe. The artist who herself has repeatedly stated she is being stalked by a deranged lunatic claiming to be her "husband".
Or the guy claiming that he is her husband, just that a "good wif" would never tell anyone. While constantly switching accounts every few hours to avoid bans...

Nah. don't think they even go their profile. They just favourite a single random item to avoid automatic spam filtering and then go to skulking these submissions and these submissions alone.
Burying them in refuting comments to the point they can't ignore and have to delete their own comment to keep their delusions intact seems to be the best that one can do as an outsider.

Eventually you, like every single one before you, will make some kind of a mistake on this little harassment & attention seeking quest of yours that'll potentially bite you hard in the ass, perhaps IRL even.
I hope you'll come to your senses before that day comes. Who knows, perhaps that point of no return, your own little event horizon, has already been passed by you and you're too obsessed with Iskra to realize that you've used up your chips :)
