If I where to recommend my go-to stock providers, they would be erieye-stock, mjranum-stock, lockstock, almudena-stock, in no particular order, and not minimizing the other great stock photo providers, they just happen to be the ones I visit and am more familiar with their work. (They are all from deviantart)

This was not my longest time spent on an artwork, my first omegamon portrait was about 3 days, that being with my lesser experience at the time, poor management of values and bad grasp on light and color theory, this piece was done pretty much in a single day, save as I did some extra today, as in the day of posting, where I finished the hair and added the quick background, a total of 14 ish hours, 12 being just for the overall body, the rest for the hair, some adjustments in anatomy and the background.
