1 small onion (diced)
.5oz sliced mushrooms
minced garlic

red pepper
Preheat oven to 350.
1. Liberally mix in 2/3 of tomatoes, onions and 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic into ground beef.
2. Spread mixture evenly onto wax paper (this is important).
3. Place cheese slices and sausage links top of the meat about 1/3 from one side (shortest if possible).
4. layer the rest of the tomatoes, onions and /3 sliced mushrooms over cheese and sausage links.
5. Roll meat over and around the other ingredients, making sure that the center ingredients are well covered.
6. Carefully place rolled meat into baking pan (make sure pan is large enough to hold the drippings).
7. Place into 350 degree oven and bake 50-60 minutes until done.
Remove and serve with desired side dished or by itself.
