angelonight.

Might as well show you some of my original or modified Recipies.
Keep in mind that I am from WI so I like a lot of cheese, also feel free to modify these to suit your own tastes unless stated otherwise.
Burrito Lasagna
Ingredients:
5lbs ground beef
2Lg cans of refried Beans
1 - 2 Onions
1Lg Green pepper
1 clove of garlic
2 - 3 packets of Taco seasoning
1Lg bag of mixed Mexican Cheese
1Lg bag of Mozzarella
1Lg can of Enchilada Sauce
1 package of 10 Lg Tortilla Shells
Sour Cream
Equipment needed
1Lg deep fry pan
1 11.5"x17.5"x3 Cake pan (or equivalent)
2Lg bowls
Oven
Directions
Preheat Oven to 400
Chop up Onions and Peppers, add raw to one of the Large Bowls
Chop up Garlic clove
Fry Ground Beef and Garlic clove till brown.
Drain most grease off add to the bowl with Onions and Peppers, ad the taco seasoning, mix well.
Add the 2 cans of Refried Beans and again mix very well. Set aside.
Spray inside of cake pan and place 6 tortilla shells on the bottom, interlacing as best you can and slightly up the side.
In second bowl combined all your cheese.
Scoop half the Beef mix on to the tortilla shells, spread out as best you can. Add as much cheese as you like. pour half the can of Enchilada sauce on top of the cheese. on top of that place 4 more shells. gently press down on them to compress the lower level. Scoop remainder of Beef mix on to these shells and spread. Add cheese to taste, and again pour sauce ontop. Then sprinkle some more cheese.
Place in oven for 30 minutes
Remove from Oven and let stand for 5 - 10 minutes
Portion and serve with a dollop of sour cream.
Fedds quite a lot of people.
