Piano Solo: The New $25K Pyramid/The $100K Pyramid
This is my piano solo rendition of the theme tune to the 80s versions of the "Pyramid" game show, composed by Bob Cobert, which has some similarities to the 70s theme written by Ken Aldin, which is entitled "Tuning Up."
The Pyramidfranchise has had multiple incarnations over the years, and currently enjoys a run on ABC with Michael Strahan at the helm, but it will always be associated with the great Dick Clark. 2022 marks ten years since he passed away, and it didn't help his cause that he had a stroke in the mid 2000s, which hindered his ability to present all those New Year's Eve specials.
