Deep in the heart of Unity City lies the Paranormal district of the city, where the freaks of the night congregate and live their lives trying to get by just as anyone else would. The Commonfolk avoids this district as they see it as dangerous and unpredictable. What they don't see is all the demons, and werewolves, and other abominations of the night congregating an underground bar. The Third Circle is a live music bar owned by a devil of some renown but rarely seen and it is tended by an abomination of unknown origin who never speaks but always listens. This bar serves mostly local brews in beer but has imports of liquor from across the sea and even from hell and if you can fork over the money for it they have a bottle of an unnamed type of liquor from the heavenly realm It is more for display than actually drinking though. Drinking away the stress of the night and listening to the cities own werewolf band performing their hearts out in both solidarity of their acceptance of the kind of life they have chosen to lead and the loneliness and heartbreak of the pack they either left behind or never knew. Every demon, witch, warlock, common folk, or creature of the night has a hundred stories to tell and they are all looking for an ear to tell them too. Though few common folks ever do, at this bar everyone is welcome. Everyone is loved and everyone is pitied and everyone is welcome to succumb to whatever temptations they might be experiencing. After all if there is one thing that can bring us all together it might be found at the bottom of a shot glass.
