A revisit to an old idea of mine from many years back (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/321130/), this has been in my "pile of stuff" for ages so I pulled it to add more details and clean it up a bit.

Just another of the gazillion ideas that float inside my head. I imagine these two roaming around their world, making their way across different lands and cities, with the rider being the usual sellsword or adventurer. His dinosaur-like mount is somewhat sentient, and shares a mental connection with the rider. The reins are only there for show -- the rider pretends he's directing the beast like any other mount, when in reality he mentally guides him to where they need to be. The muzzle comes off easily as well, and is there to make villagers and other city folks think the beast is under control.
