As a river dragon Serin is both mortal and divine. And moments like this, where he get's to travel the world above and touch the world below are special to him. It is in these wee hours of evening, fading faster than any other that the two realms can be seen as one, if you can only reach the clouds and bring them down into your river glass. So is what Serin does, and runs his river of heaven and sky of water and earth, fast as the wind that carries threw both and but a blink to the luckiest of humans.
It gives him so much joy and brings him so much life. Sometimes people will claim the river laughs, it does when it's spirit is happiest.
