Okay, I was tempted to ink this and put it up as a completed, but, with that damned left eye, no way! I'd probably go through 2 boxes of pens before getting it right... Maybe in the future, we'll see.
Otherwise, yeah, I am astonished with how well this one turned out... at least in my opinion. Not sure if he's sad or just waking up. Then again, I'm always sad when I'm just waking up... *more sleep please!*

Heh, no worries, I'm greatly critical of my own work and see every last tiny problem that no one else wouldn't normally see. I'm already in the 30's on mistakes I'd like to see changed on this piece. Problem is, I'm still learning and don't know yet exactly how to change them.
Thanks. For me, this one wasn't so much about the angle, as it was the expression. For some reason, this particular angle seems to just want to come out for me. The expression though, I wanted something sort of lost and hurt... rejection I guess would be the most accurate.
