Uh oh, Charlie better bend waaaaaaayyyy over to get whatever fell back there! Fun experiment where I tried to theorize some proper cow workwear. Not sure how I feel about udder jorts but I'm kinda into it. Lemme know what kinda clothes you think an anthro cow would wear, I need ideas.

I own cows. And ironically my very first cow was also named Charlie.
It would depend on whether she were lactating or not. A dry cow's bag is pretty flat and floppy, so she could get away with something like a super jock strap. A lactating cow would wear a sling to support it and a long skirt over top, because they can get HUGE, especially shortly after delivering a calf.
I think the safety boots are interesting, but they'd be solid, because spreading the hoof cleats like that would be very uncomfortable, and a cow with all its weight on two hooves would need some serious support.
If she has hoof-fingers, you'll want slip-ons with Velcro, because no way can she tie or button anything.
I use the "ylf" strap over the tail on the back of trousers, too, in my own comic strip. It's much more comfortable than trying to shove or yank a tail against the hair through a hole, and way, way more comfortable than having the waist band rubbing on the delicate skin under the tail root and above the anus. I think the pants would be longer and somewhat roomier just because cows are large and like to be comfortable. There's a lot going on in that crotch seam area that needs plenty of space.
Maybe not the feedback you expected, but I hope it's a little useful to you.

Maxi dresses would definitely be cow-popular lol, with how roomy they are; plenty of space for a big 'ol udder, even if it would be very obvious that it was there. Maybe it'd be a fashion statement to have a dress with an "udder hole" where it just, hangs out, so the rest of the dress fits regularly (tail hole aside) and cloth wouldn't be rubbing against it all day. Maybe there'd be a cultural thing where cows have bragging/vanity attitudes (explicit or unspoken) about who has the bigger udders hanging out 😂
