Thankfully, my motivation is starting to come back, so I've been slowly back in the mood to make art again. I've ALWAYS wanted to draw in the Beistle Halloween style. There's something about it that's just so sweet and charming and makes me really happy. So, I figured I'd take the opportunity to adapt one of my characters. Since one of the company's common motifs was pumpkins, I figured I'd go ahead and draw Jackal Lantern, especially since most of his established palette falls within the common palette of the company's style . However, since traditionally, there isn't any purple used, I decided to turn all the purple parts black and white. Also, this piece was completed with the new Copics and Poscas I got yesterday; the black, white, and orange as the Poscas, and the green and the yellow are the Copics.

Unrelated, but I'd toooootally get this as a tattoo if given the opportunity.
