this is the Baloo from TALESPIN but his toes aren't white like that Baloo from Cape Suzette looks like if mixxed with the Baloo from the 39th variant from a philippino animated short movie from 1992named the Jungle book it mixxed styles and changed the script to follow the first movie live action iteration starring SABU where a greedy group of treasure thieves kidnapped Mowgli to lead them to a ancient temple treasure, but yes this your version looks more closer to the mix of TALESPIN the 47th iteration mix a mix of Baloo from 39th, this would make a unique 106th variant of the Jungle book story, and adorable artworks m8, and also papa bear always had semi wrinkly soles too hehe, hugs.
