Nightmares
Bad Dreams
These are the things that make you wake up terrified, shaking, and feeling like you've run a marathon, your heart about ready to jump out of your chest.

This is my take on a Nightmare (or Nitemare as I'll refer to it as)

I'm a fan of Piers Anthony and his Land Of Xanth books, as I read them a lot when I was still living at home and my stepmom had a lot of his books (I'm currently planning on getting them myself)

Tonight I had a nightmare...about my dad.

Keep in mind, I have been emotionally traumatized/abused by my dad for a long time and I finally cut him out of my life but on occasion like tonight, I had a nightmare about him.

So, this NITEMARE piece, is a vent in order to try and calm myself down (and through music and working on it, it actually worked...still not 100% but I'm not as shaky.)
