Sometimes we get overwhelmed and tend to shut down or think things won't be okay. As someone with Asperger's syndrome I tend to get this from time to time, especially when I feel too much is going on around me. It's like my batteries drain too fast and I try to keep going until there's no energy left, and I need a day or two to recharge and feel better. A pro tip: take slow, deep breaths, and try to relax. It will get better. And don't worry, I'm alright now.
