So while sorting files on my pc, i stubbled upon a piece that i forgot about. I was givin it by  bassman97 a while ago when they were clearing out some characters. I was lucky enough to ask and received this beautiful anthro Luxray Layla! Sadly i don't know who the original artist is, but if you see this and recognize it, tell me and i'll gladly credit you for the beautiful work you did! :D
